Justin is a dedicated professional with a heart full of love for animals and a passion for helping teams succeed. Originally from a small town in Northern Wisconsin, Justin studied Healthcare Administration at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He started his career as a Nursing Home Administrator, where he prioritized leading by example. Later, he became a Human Resources Consultant in long-term care, focusing on compliance and creating positive work environments.
Justin’s journey took an exciting turn when Dr. Hargrove, owner of North Shore Veterinary Hospital, offered him a leadership role. Justin, a lifelong animal lover, embraced the chance to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners. At home, Justin enjoys time with his wife and their spoiled furry family members: Kona, a German Shepherd mix; Sushi, a Shiba Inu; and Churro, a Tortie cat.
Beyond work and family, Justin finds joy in traveling, boating, and gaming. From his early days in long-term care to his current role in Veterinary Medicine, Justin’s genuine care for animals and people shines through. Justin’s goal is to leave a lasting impact on everyone that comes through North Shore Veterinary Hospital’s doors.
